New Digital Press

It’s official, our new Xerox iGen3 digital press is up and running. We’ve been planning the project for almost a year now and it’s come together beautifully in the past three weeks. We’ve installed the machine in a dedicated factory and paired in with a new laminator, folding machine and guillotine, which have combined to create a printing plant capable of delivery fairly large jobs in 24 hours.
The biggest change we’ve noticed over our older Xerox 8000 press is a large improvement in image quality. We’re getting near perfect consistency and a larger colour range than our offset presses, which is pretty amazing.
