HISTORY
+ 1938 Eric J. J. Daley establishes "New Life" Newspaper, an Australian religious weekly newspaper
located in Exploration Lane, Melbourne.
+ 1959 builds new factory in Victoria Street, Abbotsford, near iconic "Skipping Girl" sign .
+ 1967 Paul Daley begins as an apprentice Hand Compositor, and attends Melbourne College of Printing and Graphic Arts, for 4 years.
+ 1970 Eric Daley builds new office and factory premises in Surrey Hills, and "New Life Publications" moves into these premises and first Heidelberg letterpress press installed.
+ 1975 small offset press installed and the move to litho (offset) printing had begun.
+ July 1, 1977 Paul Daley purchases "New Life Publications", and changes name to Newlitho.
+ 1978 letterpress printing machines, and lead typesetting equipment scrapped, and two single color Heidelberg litho presses purchased.
+ 1982 boyhood pal of Paul's, Richard G. Cooke who is a lithographic printer by trade, and an experienced print machinery sales persons joins Newlitho as Sales Manager, and partner.
+ 1989 Apple Mackintosh's replace typesetting and Desktop Publishing begins a new era.
+ 1992 November, Eric J. J. Daley passes away.
+ 1996 Seth Watts visits from the U.S.A., and begins developing pagination software.
+ 1999 In response to demand for Newlitho real estate color printing 8 color Heidelberg press installed.
+ 2000 Seth Watts returns from the U.S.A. to head Newlitho's software development strategy, and joins Newlitho as a partner.
+ 2002 Richard Cooke appointed Managing Director, Paul Daley appointed Chairman, staff 75.
+ 2002 Newlitho purchases leading masthead Real Estate Weekly.
+ 2005 Richard Cooke passes away in July, and Seth Watts appointed Managing Director.
+ 2008 Seth Watts activates an aggressive real estate print provider strategy in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.
+ 2009 Management team is Seth Watts Managing Director, Paul Daley Chairman, Paul Haines General Manager.
+ 2009 Strategic alliance with software provider Campaign Track, enables Newlitho clients to access the benefit of superior campaign technology.
+ 2011 Newlitho the printer of choice for leading real estate brands on Australia's eastern seaboard.
